EXTERNAL MARKETING DIRECTION
Your marketing
running
without depending on you.
Not a consultant. Not an agency. The marketing and operations director your company needs but can't hire full-time today.

Sound familiar?
You have a team, an agency, and a budget. But no one integrates.
- 1
“You're spending on ads and don't know what's actually coming back.”
- 2
“Your agency sends reports you don't understand — and nobody translates them for you.”
- 3
“You've changed agencies multiple times with the same result.”
- 4
“If you don't handle it yourself, marketing doesn't move.”
The problem isn't the vendor. It's that nobody is directing.
The solution
An external director. 15-minute meetings. Decisions in hours.
The heavy lifting is done before you sit down. You focus on your business, know what's happening with your marketing, and have real data to decide. Operations runs without depending on your time.

What is a fractional cLevel or external director?+
A fractional cLevel is a senior professional who takes on the direction of a strategic area of your company — in our case, marketing and operations — without being a full-time employee. It's called fractional because they fill a C-level role (like a CMO or COO) on a part-time basis. The advantage is that you get real executive experience without the cost of a fixed salary. This is not consulting: there is direct accountability for results and concrete execution week by week.
What does Levy Wald do specifically?+
Levy Wald provides external marketing and operations direction for SMBs in Argentina. Specifically, we step into your company as your marketing director: we define the strategy, coordinate your team and vendors, measure results, and make operational decisions. We work in 90-day cycles with weekly 15-minute meetings. We don't produce content or run ad campaigns — we direct those who do so everything works as an integrated system.
What industries or sectors does Levy Wald serve?+
We work exclusively with Argentine SMBs in two verticals: retail (brands that sell products) and services (professional studios, consultancies, agencies). Our programs are specifically designed for these industries because they have very different operational and marketing needs. We don't work with corporations or tech startups — our focus is on SMB owners who need to organize and scale their commercial operations.
What is the LTM (Launch Your Brand) program?+
Launch Your Brand is the launch program for retail SMBs. It's designed for businesses that need to build their marketing and operations infrastructure from scratch. It covers stages 0 through 3 of the blueprint (Legal/Operations, Infrastructure, Digital Ecosystem, and Brand & Marketing) in a 90-day cycle. The program starts from USD 1,000 and includes weekly 15-minute meetings, access to kontrol.ar, and executive direction over all involved vendors.
What is the ETM (Scale Your Brand) program?+
Scale Your Brand is the scaling program for retail SMBs that already have their basic infrastructure in place (stages 0 and 1). It works on stages 2 and 3 of the blueprint, focusing on digital ecosystem and structured commercial campaigns. It includes the exclusive 18-step commercial campaign process. Each cycle lasts 90 days, starts from USD 2,000 per month, and includes full direction of your marketing operation with results measured in kontrol.ar.
What is the LTE (Launch Your Studio) program?+
Launch Your Studio is the launch program for professional service SMBs — accounting firms, law firms, architecture studios, consultancies, and similar businesses. It covers stages 0 through 3 of the blueprint in 90 days, building all operational and marketing infrastructure from scratch. It starts from USD 1,000 and is tailored to the specific needs of professional studios, where positioning and demand generation work differently than in retail.
What is the ETE (Scale Your Studio) program?+
Scale Your Studio is the scaling program for professional studios and service businesses that already have their operational base in place. It works on stages 2 and 3 of the blueprint during 90-day cycles, focusing on scaling commercial operations and systematizing client generation. It starts from USD 2,000 per month and includes full executive direction, access to kontrol.ar, and weekly 15-minute meetings with the owner.
What are the 6 blueprint stages?+
The blueprint has 6 sequential stages: Stage 0 — Legal & Operations (company formation, contracts, invoicing), Stage 1 — Infrastructure (systems, tools, foundational processes), Stage 2 — Digital Ecosystem (website, social media, sales platforms), Stage 3 — Brand & Marketing (identity, positioning, campaigns), Stage 4 — Team & Roles (team structure, delegation, management processes), and Stage 5 — AI Governance (automation, artificial intelligence applied to operations). The stages are worked in order because each one depends on the previous.
How long is each work cycle?+
Each cycle lasts exactly 90 days. This is long enough to implement meaningful changes and measure real results, but short enough to maintain focus and urgency. At the end of each cycle, we measure what was done, evaluate results, and decide whether to continue with a new cycle. There are no annual contracts or mandatory permanence — every 90 days is a conscious decision.
How do meetings work?+
Meetings with the SMB owner last 15 minutes per week. They're intentionally brief: if the operation is well-directed, you don't need long meetings. In those 15 minutes, we review progress, make pending decisions, and align priorities for the following week. Everything else — vendor coordination, task tracking, problem resolution — is handled by the external director without needing to involve the owner.
What is kontrol.ar?+
kontrol.ar is our proprietary management and analytics platform. It centralizes all your marketing operation data: campaign metrics, task status, vendor reports, and business KPIs. The goal is for both the owner and the external director to have full visibility in one place, without relying on manual reports or scattered spreadsheets. All Levy Wald programs include access to kontrol.ar.
What is the north star or end goal of the process?+
The north star of the entire process is for the SMB owner to only work on commercial campaigns. If the owner can dedicate their time exclusively to thinking about campaigns, it means everything else — operations, processes, team, vendors, infrastructure — is already running. That's the ultimate indicator that the company is well-directed. Our job is to build everything needed to reach that point.
Is this consulting?+
No, this is not consulting. The fundamental difference is accountability and execution. A consultant tells you what to do and leaves. An external director takes responsibility for making things happen. We coordinate vendors, make operational decisions, measure results, and answer for them. We don't deliver a report with recommendations — we direct your marketing operation as if it were our own, with weekly meetings and metrics in kontrol.ar.
How much do the programs cost?+
Launch programs (Launch Your Brand and Launch Your Studio) start from USD 1,000 per 90-day cycle. Scale programs (Scale Your Brand and Scale Your Studio) start from USD 2,000 per month. The final price depends on the complexity of each case, the number of vendors to coordinate, and the scope of work. During the free 30-minute diagnostic call, we assess your situation and provide a concrete quote.
Where is Levy Wald based?+
Levy Wald is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and works with SMBs nationwide. Weekly meetings are virtual, so geographic location is not a limitation. Our vendor network covers the entire Argentine territory. Our exclusive focus on Argentina allows us to understand the economic, fiscal, and cultural context in which our clients operate — something an international provider cannot offer with the same depth.
Can I start with a diagnosis?+
Yes. We offer a free 30-minute diagnostic call where we assess your current situation, identify which blueprint stage you're at, and determine if there's a fit between what you need and what we offer. No commitment, no lengthy sales process, no presentations. It's a direct conversation to understand if it makes sense to work together. You can schedule it directly from our website.
What happens after the 90 days?+
At the end of each 90-day cycle, we measure everything that was implemented, analyze the results obtained, and make an informed decision about the next step. You might continue with a new cycle in the same program, move to a scale program if you've resolved the initial stages, or pause if the cycle's objectives were met. There's no automatic renewal or pressure to continue — each cycle is a data-driven decision.
What's the difference between launch and scale programs?+
Launch programs (LTM and LTE) are designed for SMBs that need to build from scratch: they don't have marketing infrastructure, defined processes, or a digital ecosystem in place. Scale programs (ETM and ETE) are for SMBs that already have that foundation and need to grow: optimize campaigns, systematize commercial operations, and scale results. The key difference is the starting point: launch builds the foundation, scale builds on top of it.
Do I need to have everything ready before starting a scale program?+
Yes, stages 0 (Legal/Operations) and 1 (Infrastructure) must be resolved before entering a scale program. If your company isn't properly incorporated, your invoicing isn't in order, or you don't have basic tools running, you need a launch program first. This isn't arbitrary: scaling on fragile foundations creates more problems than results. During the diagnostic call, we assess which stage you're at and recommend the right program.
What is the 18-step campaign process?+
The 18-step process is a structured system exclusive to scale programs (ETM and ETE) that covers the entire commercial campaign cycle: from defining the objective and audience, through content production, ad placement, lead tracking, to closing the sale and measuring results. Each step has assigned owners, deadlines, and defined metrics. The goal is for campaigns to stop depending on improvisation and function as a repeatable, measurable process.
