AI Usage Policy

Last updated: February 18, 2026

1. Introduction

Levy Wald CMO uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of its work methodology and service delivery. This Policy establishes the principles, limits and commitments that govern the use of AI in our operations.

This Policy applies to all services provided by Levy Wald CMO, its internal team, freelancers and collaborators.

2. Principles

The use of AI at Levy Wald CMO is governed by the following principles:

a) Transparency: we inform our clients and audience when we use AI tools in service delivery or content creation.

b) Human oversight: all AI output is reviewed, validated and approved by human professionals before delivery or publication. AI assists, it does not decide.

c) Confidentiality: we do not input confidential client information into public or third-party AI tools without adequate privacy guarantees.

d) Quality: deliverable quality standards are the same regardless of whether AI was used as a support tool.

e) Responsibility: Levy Wald CMO assumes responsibility for final deliverables, regardless of the tools used in their production.

3. AI Uses in Our Operations

Levy Wald CMO may use AI tools for:

a) Data analysis, metrics and market trend analysis.

b) Generation of content drafts (texts, ideas, structures) subject to human editing and approval.

c) Automation of internal operational processes.

d) Research and benchmarking.

e) Assistance in strategic planning and decision-making.

f) Generation of documentation, reports and presentations.

4. Limits of AI Use

Levy Wald CMO does NOT use AI to:

a) Make strategic decisions without human oversight.

b) Replace the professional judgment of the director or team.

c) Interact directly with end clients without supervision (we do not use autonomous chatbots in customer service).

d) Process sensitive personal data without corresponding security guarantees.

5. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Confidential client information is not entered into public AI tools without prior client authorization.

When AI tools that process client data are used, priority will be given to those that offer data non-retention guarantees and adequate privacy policies.

Service contracts with clients include confidentiality clauses that apply to all processed information, including that which may be used as input for AI tools.

6. Intellectual Property

Deliverables produced with AI assistance are the property of Levy Wald CMO (or the client, as agreed in the service contract), on the same terms as any other deliverable.

The proprietary methodology, frameworks and AI application criteria constitute proprietary know-how of Levy Wald CMO.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content published on the blog, social media or campaigns may have been assisted by AI tools in its creation process.

All published content is reviewed, edited and approved by the Levy Wald CMO team before dissemination.

We do not publish content generated entirely by AI without human intervention.

8. Governance

Yair Levy Wald, as director of Levy Wald CMO, is responsible for the governance of AI use in the organization.

AI tools used are periodically reviewed to assess their adequacy, security and regulatory compliance.

Every team member who uses AI must do so in accordance with the principles of this Policy and specific instructions provided.

9. Updates

This Policy will be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect the evolution of AI tools, the regulatory framework and industry best practices.
