Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership

All content on the website www.levywald.com and on the official channels of Levy Wald CMO is the intellectual property of Yair Levy Wald / Levy Wald CMO, unless expressly stated otherwise, and is protected by Ley 11.723 de Propiedad Intelectual of the Argentine Republic.

2. Protected Content

Protection covers, without limitation:

a) The Levy Wald CMO brand, its logo, visual identity and all branding elements.

b) Levy Wald CMO's proprietary executive direction methodology, its frameworks, blueprints (BP0 to BP5) and associated materials.

c) Articles, publications, analyses and editorial content of the blog.

d) Presentations, proposals, documents and commercial materials.

e) The design, structure and code of the website.

f) All content published on social media (texts, images, videos, infographics).

g) Email marketing campaign content.

3. Permitted Uses

The following is permitted without authorization:

a) Sharing links to original content with attribution.

b) Quoting brief excerpts (maximum 200 words) with clear attribution to Levy Wald CMO and a link to the original source.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization:

a) Reproducing, copying or distributing content in whole or in part.

b) Modifying, transforming or creating derivative works.

c) Using the content for commercial purposes.

d) Using the Levy Wald CMO brand, logo or visual identity.

e) Presenting the content as one's own or omitting attribution.

f) Using the content to train artificial intelligence models without authorization.

5. Proprietary Methodology

Levy Wald CMO's proprietary executive direction methodology and all its components (blueprints, frameworks, processes, diagnostic criteria) constitute proprietary know-how of Levy Wald CMO. Its use, reproduction or application by third parties requires express and contractual authorization.

6. Third-Party Content

When third-party content is used (images, quotes, data), it will be done with proper attribution and in accordance with applicable terms of use. The presence of third-party content does not imply transfer of rights or association.

7. Infringements

Any unauthorized use will be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights and will give rise to corresponding legal actions under current Argentine legislation (Ley 11.723 and related laws).
